Eligibility
Associate Membership is open to anyone working in arboriculture, working in a related field or maintaining an active professional interest in trees.
There is no formal CPD requirement. However, recording your development is strongly encouraged, particularly if you plan to progress to Technician or Professional Membership.
All members are expected to follow the Arboricultural Association’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
Where can Associate Membership take me?
Associate Membership can support you while you work towards a qualified grade.
Your next step may be:
- Techncian Membership if you hold an accepted Level 3 qualification or can demonstrate equivalent competence and would like recognition for your level of expierence.
- Professional Membership if you meet the higher-level qualification and experience requirements and would like recognition for your level of expierence.
- Corporate Membership if you think your whole team would benefit from similar levels of access to Associate, Corporate grade is a suitable option.
