Overview

Shortly after my degree I joined Westminster City Council as a Tree Surveyor and within two months I became tree survey supervisor overseeing three surveyors. Following the completion of the Survey at the end of 1984 I applied and was appointed as an Assistant Arboricultural Officer, Promoted to Senior Arboricultural Officer in 1988. I left Westminster in 1993 and worked as a Technical Manager at Gristwood and Toms Tree Contractors with a range of responsibilities including safety, contract management and a Technical Arboricultural input in a range of matters connected with contract tree work. I started working as a consultant in 2005. I do not advertise but obtain work by word of mouth and through existing clients.
