Getting ready for the show

Essential exhibitor information

Here are a few important things to be aware of before you request a stand. We'll provide more detailed guidance as you progress through the booking process.

Safety and documentation

Exhibitors will need appropriate public liability insurance and risk assessment information. We'll explain when and how to provide these as part of the booking and pre-show process.

Your exhibitor listing

We'll request your public-facing company name, description, website, logo and product categories for the online exhibitor directory and show guide.

Access and extra requirements

Please flag any power, equipment, materials or demonstration needs in your request. Set-up times, site access, passes and facilities will be covered in later guidance.

We'll keep you updated

Once you've booked, you'll receive regular ARB Show Exhibitor Bulletins with important deadlines, safety information, arrival and set-up arrangements, facilities, promotional opportunities and show-day reminders. Please use an email address that's regularly monitored and share updates with the colleagues organising your stand.
